What you need to know
- Location or/and day of the tour may change due to weather conditions.
- A good physical condition is suggested.
- Age restrictions: 6-65 years old.
- Weight restrictions: Up to 110 kg (242 lbs) weight.
- Basic swimming knowledge required.
- All participants should bring their own swimming suit, flip-flops or sea shoes, beach towel, t-shirt, sunscreen, hat, at least 1.5 lt. of drinkable water per person.

Konstantinos is more than 12 years experienced in outdoor activities (sea kayak, white water kayak, rafting) around Greece and he’s also certified from the world known organisations of
British Canoeing (ex B.C.U.), I.R.F. (International Rafting Federation), Rescue 3 International (Swiftwater
and Flood Rescue Technician) and Hellenic Red Cross (First Aid Certification).
